Its about time

Hello family and friends. I know this is way overdue. All I can say is that it has been a very busy last few months. I will do a little update on all three of us.

Mark is doing well. I get a few emails a week and he tries to call at least once a week. He is staying busy doing the Marine thing. He is out on convoys 13-15 hours a day and getting the job done. He will be home sometime in 2011. He has shared some of his stories with me but will tell me most of them when he gets home. It's just better that way. He will be turning 27 at the end of the month. We will be celebrating his day when get gets home. His little big family (more on that in a minute) misses him and loves him so much.
Jordyn is now 19 months old and on the go all day everyday. She is saying more words these days and eating just about anything on your plate. Baby food is so not for her. She loves going to the park and playing on the beach and she loves shopping for cloths. She is a climber and loves dancing to the music. Elmo and Big Bird are her new favorite friends. We have been up to Duke for heart check ups and everything looks great. We will be going back up in Jan. we will be getting the dates for her upcoming heart cath. and heart surgery number 3. She is turning a little blue these days so we know that she is getting ready. We had to stop gymnastics during flu season and getting ready for her upcoming surgeries. I hope that when she is feeling better we might give dance class a try :). She is missing her daddy tons. Before Mark left he recorded a bunch of books for her. She loves listening to her daddy read to her at night. She loves seeing pictures of him and will kiss and hug them all. Jordyn enjoys playing with her grandparents. As I like to say she is keeping them young. LOL This year for Halloween Jordyn will be Tinkerbell. She looks so stinking cute all dressed up.
ME. Well, Shortly after Mark left for a land far far away. We found out that we were expecting not one, not two, not three but four. That's, right pregnant with 4! You just have to laugh I sure did. Now that was a fun phone call when Mark called. Shortly, after finding out that I was prego with 4, I was back seeing good old Dr. W. Oh how I love her. We found out that two of the babies were doing just fine and two were not. I was then sent to Chapel Hill to see what they could do. I had a procedure done to try to save the two little ones. Sadly it did not work and we lost them. The other two peas in the pod are doing just great, growing and making mommy super sick and sleepy. I am now a proud Mom of 6. 3 little ones in heaven, one 19 month out here on earth, and two little peas still in the oven. I love all my little ones so much. Jordyn and I moved back in with the family so that they could help me out with Jordyn and watch her so that I can get some rest. I love my family, they Rock!!!! I am now a stay at home mommy and loving it. I went out on disability until next year. Just one less thing I need to worry about right now. So needless to say the last two months have been a bit crazy in the Piemonte house. I am sure that it will stay this way for another 20 something years. :)
